I <3 Etrade Bank (again)
Just when I was growing a little frustrated because Washington Mutual started charging me ATM fees for all my Etrade Bank transactions, Etrade Bank announced that it will refund 100% of all ATM fees levied by other banks. And of course Etrade never charges me - so that means all ATMs in this city and beyond are free for me. I love it.

etrade bank broke my heart back in 2000, by conveniently delaying an escrow wire.
Yeah - Etrade sucked when I had to get a cashier's check, or anytime you actually need a brick and mortar bank to back you up. But how often is that these days? I mean really?
it's not often, but when you do need that stuff, it's usually really important. wire mixups are extremely unprofessional.
